How does the card function?

Schemes of work

OKKO-card provides two main schemes of work – electronic wallet and limit.

Electronic wallet

The scheme of electronic wallet works on the principle of usual wallet. You “put” hryvnyas into it and choose desirable kind(s) of fuel. Means are counted off your smart card automatically according to the volume of purchased fuel. You also can pay for accompanying goods and services using your electronic wallet. This scheme is suitable for individual persons and small enterprises.

Limit scheme

Limit scheme is suitable for companies with a big vehicle fleet, where control of daily or monthly fuel consumption is very important. Accounts are opened for each client and for each kind of fuel, and daily/monthly limit of fuel access is written down on the card.
You or your drivers fill up only that quantity of fuel, which does not exceed the limit of fuel limit fixed on the card. The quantity of purchased fuel of appropriate kind or money is withdrawn from an account after each filling. Limit is set in liters and in equivalent of hryvnya.

Combined

You can use two groups of cards at the same time, which operate by limit scheme and by electronic wallet scheme .
Each scheme has its peculiarities and advantages, choose the one, which better correspond the needs of your business.

Payment by card


Using OKKO-card you can pay for fuel and goods/services at filling station, which is included in the list of the filling stations servicing your card. Each time purchasing fuel, goods in the shop or services, present the card to the operator of the filling station, who will perform the necessary operation and ask you to enter PIN-code of the card for its authorization and realization of transaction.

PIN-code of the card


At issuing of smart card the active PIN-code is indicated, but you can change it for your convenience. PIN-code is an effective protection against unlawful usage of your card! If you forget PIN-code of your card, please, contact your enterprise for help: PIN-code is indicated in the Acceptance-delivery act for each separate card. If there is no such possibility, contact your regional office, where you have got the card.

Blocking of the card


Smart-cards can be blocked/unblocked at your wish by personal written address to your regional office.
In case if you loose your smart card, please, urgently contact the hotline 8 800 501 10 10 or your regional manager. The card will be immediately (within 24 hours) blocked, and all your means will be out of danger. After application registration and paying of UAH 40 of the smart card cost, you will receive new card with the chosen payment scheme and your means.

State of account


To learn your state of account on the card you can by the following ways:
– using check of POS-terminal at each using the card. In case of electronic wallet, the check will indicate balance of account on the card you have just used, in case of limit scheme, there will be balance of account of daily/monthly limit;
– calling to your regional office;
– receiving regular information on your e-mail or cell-phone.
