OKKO network continues to equip its filling stations with photovoltaic (PV) plants, installed on the roof of the operator's room and on the roof above the fuel dispensers.
Since the beginning of 2024, PV plants have been installed at 75 filling stations. Their total number in OKKO network has already reached 201, with the total capacity of 4.8 MW. PV panels allow to provide own electricity to filling stations and save on electricity purchases on the energy market.
In January-September, the largest number of new PV plants was installed in Kyiv and Kyiv region – 25 pcs. Lviv region has 10, Zakarpattia and Ivano-Frankivsk - 7, Rivne and Kirovohrad - 5, Ternopil and Zhytomyr - 4, Khmelnytsky - 3, Chernivtsi and Cherkasy - 2, and Volyn - 1.
OKKO has an investment made in 2024 about UAH 46 million in the installation of PV plants at its filling stations.
