SOCIAL PROJECTS
We believe that the responsible business should participate in the processes important for society. Besides the projects on road safety, our company also takes part in the initiatives aimed at supporting low-income individuals, environment protection, accessibility etc.
COLLECTION OF USED THINGS
Since 2014, we collect used things for low-income individuals in the OKKO filling stations. Before 23 February 2022, 29 special containers were installed for this purpose at our gas stations in 7 cities of Ukraine: Lviv, Kyiv, Odesa, Dnipro, Kharkiv, Mariupol and Zaporizhia. GOAL OF THE PROJECT
Our project on collecting used things aims at addressing two important problems at the same time: helping the people who experience difficult life situations and promotion of ecologically responsible treatment of things which may be reused. OKKO established partnership with the non-governmental organizations that distribute the things among socially unprotected people free of charge.
Since the project was launched, we have collected more than 200 thousands tonnes of things.
