“OKO ZA OKO 2” IS COMPLETED. OKKO AND "COME BACK ALIVE" HANDED OVER ALL 600 WEAPONS TO THE FRONT LINE

OKKO network and “COME BACK ALIVE” Foundation have completed the transfer of weapons purchased for Territorial defense units (TDF) under the “OKO za OKO 2” initiative. The last batch of 50 pieces of 40 mm automatic grenade launchers was delivered to 8 brigades of TDF that are fighting in different parts of the frontline. Namely: The 103rd, 105th, 108th, 109th, 116th, 117th, 121st and 122nd Brigades.

The first 50 grenade launchers were delivered to the terrorist defense fighters last year. In addition, they received 300 mortars and 200 machine guns. In total, 600 weapons worth 400 million hryvnias have been purchased under the initiative. Today, all of them are already working at the front line.

"The 31 Brigades of territorial forces are defending Ukraine today. The weapons we purchased have already been delivered to each Brigade. We thank the guys for their courage and look forward to seeing them victorious as soon as possible. Until then, we continue to help the Ukrainian Armed Forces on a daily basis. Now, together with our clients and “COME BACK ALIVE” Foundation, we are approaching the equator of the third wave of the OKO ZA OKO initiative. Today we are working together to support the Air Assault Forces. And every driver who refuels with Pulls fuel at the filling stations of our network automatically joins to strengthen our defenders with weapons and equipment," SAID VASYL DMYTRIV, OKKO VICE PRESIDENT OF MARKETING.

"Grenade launchers are effective for both defense and offense. They are a good, reliable, time-tested weapon that can be mounted on armored vehicles, pickup trucks or directly in a trench and work on the enemy from the front line. Grenade launchers, machine guns and mortars are a constant need for all branches and types of troops, as they are often lost in active combat. So, the Foundation, with the support of business and people, buys weapons and strengthens the defense forces," SAID OLEH KARPENKO, DEPUTY DIRECTOR OF “COME BACK ALIVE” FOUNDATION.

Since the beginning of the full-scale war, OKKO network has already transferred more than UAH 1.8 billion to support the Armed Forces and humanitarian needs of Ukrainians. Our focus direction is providing the Ukrainian defenders with weapons and equipment, so most of the funds are allocated for this purpose. Currently, as part of the initiative OKO ZA OKO 3, the company and the foundation are raising funds for 10 PILLSTRON reconnaissance and destruction systems for the airborne assault troops worth UAH 500 million.
