OKKO HAS INCREASED THE AMOUNT OF AID TO COME BACK ALIVE FOUNDATION

OKKO network has expanded the fuel aid program with ‘Come back alive’ charity fund. At the beginning of June, another batches of oil product was shipped, its total volume makes over 11,000 liters.

This is not the first activity between OKKO and one of the largest charitable foundations of Ukraine. At the end of February, OKKO already transferred 50,000 liters of fuel to the needs of the organization.

COME BACK ALIVE FOUNDATION provides armed forces with different equipment, vehicles and appliances on the ongoing basis.

"Our key task is to increase efficiency of every particular unit and to meet the needs of Ukrainian soldiers. All works are carried out in close cooperation and coordination with officers and the Command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. We have already handed over for the needs of our military almost 20,000 body armor and more than 100 vehicles, 3,000 quadcopters and drones (unmanned aerial vehicles), more than 17,000 radio stations," commented Oleg Karpenko, Director of Development and Partnerships of COME BACK ALIVE FOUNDATION

"Today, we already have four programs to help military personnel and victims of war. In addition to cooperation with ‘Come back alive’ foundation, we provide free nutrition for our defenders, we provide fuel to organizations that deal with evacuation, delivery of humanitarian goods and vehicles for the Armed Forces. At the beginning of June, we also launched a project to help with fuel for the needs of restoring the infrastructure of Chernihiv and towns in Kyiv region – Irpen, Gostomel, Bucha, Vorzel, Borodyanka. We focused on what we have expertise in, this allows us to deploy programs and provide resources as soon as possible," stated Yaroslava Polyakova, the Head of OKKO’s corporate communications department.

As of the end of May, the total amount of aid provided by OKKO for the needs of defense and support amounted to about 50 million UAH.
