OKO ZA OKO: Armed Forces received the first SHARK complex from OKKO and COME BACK ALIVE

The first one reconnaissance complex SHARK was put into service with the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the funds for which were collected as part of the joint initiative of OKKO network and “COME BACK ALIVE” foundation OKO ZA OKO (EYE FOR AN EYE). Altogether the military will soon receive 25 such complexes to monitor the enemy movements along the entire front line and to adjust effectively Ukrainian artillery.

"We are grateful to all who joins the initiative and together with us helps every day to strengthen the Army,"commented Vasyl Danylyak, CEO of OKKO network.  We don’t plan to stop. And while the accumulation of funds goes on for another 3 SHARKS complexes out of 25, and the others complexes are already in work, we are already developing a new project together with “COME BACK ALIVE” to continue strengthening the Armed Forces.

"Our joint project with OKKO is an example of a well-timed, important and really large-scale interaction between a charity movement and a socially responsible business," said Oleg Karpenko, director of the “COME BACK ALIVE” Department of Development and Partnerships. — And the greatest value of this interaction is that millions of Ukrainians were united for help — from Donetsk region to Lviv region, from Odessa to Chernivtsi. Today, the first SHARK complex was handed over to the soldiers of the Armed Forces, and soon all 25 units will adjust the artillery, will help to wipe out the invaders and bring closer the victory of Ukraine".

We remind that the joint project of OKKO and “COME BACK ALIVE” started in November 2022 aiming to purchase 25 SHARK unmanned reconnaissance complexes with a total cost of UAH 325 million. Refueling with Pulls at each of OKKO gas station supports the initiative, as from every sold liter OKKO transfers 1 hryvnia to SHARKs fund. Everybody can also directly help this initiative by transferring any sum to the special account of the “COME BACK ALIVE” foundation.

Every SHARK complex includes a passable vehicle equipped with a control unit, a launcher and two unmanned aerial drones. In addition, as part of the initiative, 25 reserve UAVs will be purchased for the Armed Forces, so that it would be possible to replace the devices lost or damaged during the missions. Simultaneously special crews are being trained to manage these intelligence complexes.
