NEW PROJECT OF OKKO AND COME BACK ALIVE IS STARTED: ARM TDF TO THE TEETH

OKKO network and "COME BACK ALIVE" foundation have launched a new joint project to help the Armed Forces of Ukraine - "OKO ZA OKO 2. Arm TDF to the teeth." The purpose of the project is to close completely the urgent needs of all Territorial Defence Forces (TDF) for automatic grenade launchers, heavy machine guns and mortars. For this, the company and the foundation will accumulate UAH 400 million.

"There is no time to relax when the war still goes on. For the sake of our victory, we non-stop continue to provide and strengthen Ukrainian military. So, while the first project was ongoing, we developed the second one together with COME BACK ALIVE, - commented VASYL DANILYAK, CEO of OKKO. - We are sure that the new stage will also unite our powerful driving community for the common goal – to fit out 31 TDF brigades to the teeth. In these 31 unites almost every one of us has a friend, colleague or acquaintance from the neighboring yard. These ordinary boys and girls who stood up and went to defend our country."

The system of the project "OKO ZA OKO 2" remains the same - 1 hryvnia from every sold liter of PULLS 95/Diesel fuel OKKO transfers to the armed reinforcement of TDF brigades. In addition, it’s also possible to make a donation to the special account of "COME BACK ALIVE" foundation.

"We are going to buy collective, sectional infantry weapons, that are in great demand in current war in the East. This is the weapon that is no longer individual, it is used on the battlefield, at the level of platoons, companies, and battalions, - COMMENted THE DIRECTOR OF "COME BACK ALIVE" TARAS CHMUT. - Each of the 31 TDF brigades is in either way involved in military operations. We participated in the creation of the TDF brigades, we deployed the TDF Command before the full-scale invasion, and we are working actively with TDF up today, but despite their active involvement in this war, they unfortunately receive weapons and other equipment on a residual basis. They have a big shortage of these kinds of weapons we plan to purchase, and our aim is to significantly increase the potential of most of the TDF brigades directly on the battlefield."

The raised funds will be used for the purchase of 100 pcs of automatic grenade launchers (UAH-40), 200 pcs of heavy machine guns (SCG) and 300 pcs of 82 mm mortars. Weapons will be transferred to military in parties as they are manufactured and delivered.

We remind that recently OKKO joined "Come Back Alive" fundraiser project "TDF’s Long Arms". Our donation of UAH 48 million completely covered the needs of 11 regions, where there was a shortage of 22 to 55% of the required amount for reconnaissance and strike complexes for local territorial defense forces.
